McBee and Adkinson welcomed their daughter in December 2024 and got engaged almost a year later in November 2025
The McBee Dynasty is growing!
Cole McBee and Kacie Adkison announced on Instagram on Thursday, March 12, that Adkinson is pregnant with their second child alongside a series of sweet family photos that also included their 1-year-old daughter, Blair Collins McBee.
The couple kicked off their post with a snap of the family posing for a photo together as Adkinson held up ultrasound photos to her stomach. Cole could be seen wrapping an arm around her while also holding their daughter up for the camera.
Another snap showed the couple’s positions switched as Cole held up the ultrasound photos while Adkinson held Blair Collins in her arms. The family appeared to be in their natural element, as they all smiled while figuring out their next pose.

Additional pictures showed Blair Collins smiling at the camera as she wore a pink sweater with the words, “big sister” printed on the front. An additional snap showed the 1-year-old — who sported adorable pigtails — standing up and showing off mini white cowboy boots.
“round 2 🤍 baby McBee coming this August,” Adkinson captioned the joint Instagram post.
The happy news comes four months afterThe McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys star McBee revealed to PEOPLE that he popped the question to Adkinson with a 3.16-carat ring. He noted that the was able to keep his proposal a secret despite Adkinson often knowing “everything going on,” saying, "It surprised her, and that was the number one thing I wanted."

Adkison also recalled to PEOPLE of the proposal, "I started crying. ... I feel like I blacked out from emotion, so I couldn't do anything. I was extremely caught off guard. I still can't believe this happened."
McBee and Adkison had previously been in an on-again, off-again relationship for several years. Adkison explained while speaking to USA Insider in April 2024, that she initially "friend-zoned" McBee "pretty hard" after they were introduced by a mutual friend, but once they started dating, they both "fully jumped into" the relationship.
“We have had a very long past,” Adkison told the outlet. “We were both just young and immature, but you see on the show we become finally official and ever since then we’ve been together and it’s been great so far.”

After welcoming their daughter in December 2024, the couple teased taking their relationship to the next level while chatting on Bravo's The Daily Dish in September.
“Becoming parents has brought us so much closer, and I feel confident in our relationship to take that next step,” Adkison shared. “Blair will be a beautiful flower girl, and that makes it even more special.”
