“The Bachelor” Alum Daisy Kent Chooses Her Wedding Dress as She Prepares to Marry Thor Herbst

The Bachelor alum shared online that she picked her wedding dress from Newport Beach, Calif.-based bridal shop The White Dress

The bride-to-be previously revealed that she and Herbst will tie the knot in Utah on Dec. 19

Daisy Kent said yes to the dress!

Just a few weeks after revealing her wedding date and location, The Bachelor alum, 27, shared on social media that she's one step closer toward walking down the aisle after picking out her wedding dress. "Found something special 🤍🤭," she teased on Instagram on Wednesday, March 4.

The bride-to-be posted 13 photos, with several taken at The White Dress in Newport Beach, Calif. She was joined by an entourage of supportive women in her life, including her mother, Julie, and sisters, Josephine and Adeline. For the special appointment, Kent wore an ivory bridal look: a satin button-up, short-sleeved top with a matching mini skirt, paired with light yellow leather kitten-heel mules. She wore her hair down in soft waves and accessorized with dainty jewelry. In one photo, Kent even tried on a lace wedding gown and veil, though she likely wouldn't spoil the actual dress she selected for her big day.

"Loved every minute!!🤍," Julie commented. The mother of the bride also added on her Instagram Stories, "Pure love 🤍 What a sweetheart 🤍."

"So so exciting❤️," Adeline wrote.

Kent, who competed on Joey Graziadei's season 28 of The Bachelor, appears to have found her wedding dress less than a month after she first teased on Instagram that she was on the hunt for the perfect gown. At the time, she included a screenshot asking ChatGPT, "Is it bad luck for your partner to see you in a wedding dress that isn't the one you picked?" To her relief, it's not bad luck.

In February, Kent also announced that she and her fiancé, Thor Herbst, will tie the knot in Utah on Dec. 19.

Back in November — just a month after Kent announced her engagement to Herbst on Instagram — Kent explained on TikTok that she wants her ceremony to have a "winter vibe." The previous month on TikTok, she said she and her fiancé were considering tying the knot in Utah because it's where they "rekindled [their] love" after her time on The Bachelor.

At the time, Kent also shared the significance behind her winter wedding theme.

"I never thought I wanted a winter wedding, but then my older sister had a winter wedding a few years ago and it was absolutely beautiful," she said. "So stunning and magical. My parents also got married in the middle of winter."

She added that the celebration will be "on the bigger side," explaining, "I have a lot of family and we have a ton of friends, especially from college. It’s honestly really nice that we have a lot of the same friends from college, but we have a very big college friend group."
