Taylor Swift's Brother Austin Is Her 'Man of Honor' at Wedding to Travis Kelce

Austin has publicly supported the couple since their relationship began in 2023

Austin Swift had a very special role at his big sister Taylor Swift's wedding to Travis Kelce.

Taylor, 36, married Travis, 36, at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Friday, July 3, Taylor's rep confirmed to PEOPLE. In lieu of bridesmaids, Taylor had Austin, 34, supporting her as the "man of honor." Meanwhile, Travis' brother Jason Kelce, 38, was his best man, and he had no other groomsmen.

The ceremony joined both families together and was officiated by friend Adam Sandler.

Notable guests included: Bradley Cooper, Gigi Hadid, Lena Dunham, Dakota Johnson, Ellie Goulding, Jenny Han, Graham Norton, Hugh Grant, Miranda Lambert, Kelsea Ballerini, and Kimberly Schlapman. Couples Ed Sheeran and wife Cherry Seaborn, Mariska Hargitay and husband Peter Hermann, Karlie Kloss and husband Joshua Kushner, Charissa Thompson and boyfriend Steve Cundari, Matthew Stafford and wife Kelly Stafford, and Abby Wambach and wife Glennon Doyle were also among the A-listers spotted.

As Taylor and Travis' relationship became more serious, it was clear that a close-knit bond between the NFL star and the singer's family was forming. In addition to supporting Travis by attending multiple Kansas City Chiefs games, Austin has spent time with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end during off-season family dinners and other outings, including Travis' bachelor party.

Last summer, in July 2025, Travis posted photos on Instagram of himself hiking and fishing with Austin. "Had some adventures this offseason, kept it 💯," Travis wrote in the caption.

Back in December 2023, Travis opened up about receiving a special gift from his new brother-in-law, who was dressed as Santa.

He expressed his appreciation by sharing on his and Jason's New Heightspodcast, "He actually made me feel like a child because his gift to me was straight out of the bag. It was in the Santa sack, whew, [he] whipped it out and handed me a VHS of my favorite football movie of all time."

Austin gifted Travis a VHS copy of Little Giants, the 1994 film about two brothers' rival youth football teams.

In addition to supporting her relationship with Travis, Austin has championed his sister's music career, with him even helping her purchase her master recordings last year by negotiating with the investment firm Shamrock Capital.

On National Siblings Day in 2020, Taylor raved about Austin on Facebook, writing, "My brother Austin Swift is one of my best pals, and I’m really proud of him."
