Ahead of the couple's expected wedding this weekend, the iconic New York City venue is undergoing a transformation. On Monday, June 29, multiple trucks were spotted outside MSG with workers loading equipment, grass and other decorations into the venue.
There were even a few black equipment boxes that were seen, including one that was labeled "Garden Party" in purple. Another box, larger and wider than the rest, read "Mirror Ball."
Now, sources exclusively tell PEOPLE that the inside of Madison Square Garden has been completely changed. The venue is "transformed," one source says, adding, "I've never seen it look so different."

On June 24, The New York Timesreported that Swift has rented the arena for a multi-day event, and a City Hall representative later confirmed to PEOPLE that a permit has been filed through the City Street Activity Office to shut down the area around MSG.
According to The New York Times, Kelce and Swift's plans allegedly include a smaller gathering of about 100 people on July 2, followed by a larger celebration with roughly 1,000 guests on July 3.
On Tuesday, June 30, workers were seen putting down red carpet at MSG, per a video posted by Deuxmoi. The stairs leading into the south entrance were covered in the red velvet rug as staff continued to prepare for the event. The carpet was later removed, according to Page 6.

As Swift and Kelce's wedding week kicked off, several of the "Fate of Ophelia" singer's celebrity friends were spotted in the New York area. On Tuesday, Ed Sheeran and Aaron Dessner were seen in upstate New York, enjoying a meal at BuonaSera on the Lake in Malta, New York. Owner Danielle Hartwyk shared a selfie with the "Shape of You" singer on her Instagram, writing in her caption that they'd received a "surprise visit" from Sheeran and Dessner.

Further downstate in New York City, Swift's friend and fellow musician Sabrina Carpenter was seen enjoying a meal out with friends at Emmett's on Grove in the West Village.
The "Espresso" singer was seen in the background of a video shared on X, wearing her trademark blond locks long and what appeared to be a leather jacket.
Although many of the details regarding Swift and Kelce's upcoming celebration remain under wraps, the famous couple's friend, San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle, recently revealed one rule the two are imparting on their festivities.
"They said absolutely no gifts," George told ExtraTV at the Tight Ends & Friends Concert Presented by Sports Illustrated and Reese's in Nashville on June 23. "But I was thinking, Travis, for some reason, really likes old coins, so I might get him an old coin."
On Wednesday, July 1, sources also shared with PEOPLE that Swift and Kelce's guests will have to dress to impress — but they must leave their cellphones behind.

Multiple sources told PEOPLE that the dress code for the Big Apple bash on Friday, July 3, is black tie. Further, guests will be forced to adhere to a no-phones policy, an insider shared with PEOPLE.
"Guests have been told there will be a phone check upon arrival," they said.
Between 500 to 999 people will attend the celebration, per city permits. Some stars — including George Kittle, Andy Reid, Graham Norton and Suki Waterhouse — have outright confirmed they'll watch Swift and Kelce walk down the aisle. Other celebrities expected to attend include: Zoë Kravitz, Jack Antonoff, and Stevie Nicks.
