The 27-year-old star of Bravo's Southern Hospitality was arrested in Charleston, S.C. on Tuesday, March 10, the Charleston Police Department confirms to PEOPLE.

Her arrest comes less than three months after she was booked on harassment charges in Charleston.

On Dec. 29, Lilly was pulled over for allegedly making “an illegal lane change and a possible wanted party," according to an incident report obtained by PEOPLE.

During that arrest, police also found a container with "12 circular white pills with a ‘P’ imprint on one side," plus "half of an oblong blue pill," per the incident report. The container was imprinted with the phrase "Happy Pills."
