‘Probably Not Acceptable’: Jason Kelce Admits Travis and Taylor’s Wedding Confession May Upset Kylie

Jason Kelce stated that his wife, Kylie Kelce, is probably unhappy about what went down at his brother Travis Kelce’s wedding to Taylor Swift, and that he didn’t do as much at his own wedding in 2018.
On SportsRadio 94WIP, Kelce, who is 38 years old, made the remark while talking about the ceremony that took place at Madison Square Garden in New York on July 3.
He referred to himself as a man who cries easily and mentioned that he has displayed emotion on camera in previous appearances on the station.
Kelce said that Kylie is most likely not pleased about it, having told the hosts that he had cried more at his brother’s wedding than at his own.
“I mean, you know this, guys. I’m a crier. I’ve been on this station multiple times on camera. I am a crier,” Jason said, continuing: “I did cry. I probably cried more at this wedding than I cried at my own wedding, which probably is not acceptable,” he said, adding, “Kylie is probably not happy about that.”
The offensive lineman from the former Philadelphia Eagles, who retired in 2024 after spending 13 seasons with the team, described the wedding as incredible and stated that he enjoyed seeing actor Adam Sandler carry out the ceremony. According to Kelce, Sandler combined humor with sincerity in the role, saying that the atmosphere was similar to that of his films.
Kelce stated that approximately 1,000 people attended the wedding at Madison Square Garden, the guest list having included actor Brad Pitt as well as some of his friends from his home town of Cleveland.
Kelce stated that he and Swift had worked to keep the event private even though it was sizable and had a long guest list.
He added that he has not come across any genuine photos from the ceremony appearing online. Kelce said that the couple had tried to make the day seem intimate because of the public interest in their relationship.

The comments come after Travis Kelce made remarks regarding the effect that the attention on his relationship with Swift has had on his family; since the public interest had extended to him and his family, he had hired security.
In May a source gave a statement to Rob Shuter’s newsletter, Naughty But Nice, saying that Travis Kelce has at times foundthe extent of the security around Swift to be difficult.
This source said that the security arrangements for Swift involve armoured vehicles, armed guards, ahead-of-time teams and continuous surveillance, and added that “Travis respects why it’s necessary.”
Travis Kelce and Swift got married on July 3 at Madison Square Garden having become engaged in August 2025. They started dating in 2023. Jason Kelce and Kylie Kelce were married in 2018 and have four daughters together.
Since retiring from football Jason Kelce has continued to be a public figure by co-hosting the podcast ‘New Heights’ with his brother and serving as an ESPN analyst. Kylie Kelce also has a podcast of her own called ‘Not Gonna Lie’.
Travis Kelce is still playing for the Kansas City Chiefs and Swift finished her Eras Tour in December 2024 before releasing new music.
