“January is a weird month all I’ve done is work gym eat & try & fail to sleep with my 5m old who wakes every hour,” the Love Island alum wrote on Instagram
The reality star previously shared that she and husband Alex Bowen tragically lost their daughter’s twin due to vanishing twin syndrome
Olivia Bowen is practicing healthier habits in the new year.
On Tuesday, Jan. 20, the Love Island alum, 32, shared a series of photos to social media, including one of her and husband Alex Bowen’s 5-month-old daughter, Siena Grace, and another of her posing for a mirror selfie at the gym.
She also included an adorable clip of herself listening to Siena singing a song while playing in the shower in the other room.
“Proof of life … January is a weird month all I’ve done is work gym eat & try & fail to sleep with my 5m old who wakes every hour,” Olivia wrote in the caption. “Also please know I did not teach Abel this song on the last slide.”

In addition to spending more time in the gym since giving birth to her second child in August, the reality star — also mom to 3-year-old son Abel Jacob “AJ” — implemented a few changes to her diet and skincare routine.
Alongside a selfie showing off her glowing skin in the car, Olivia wrote, “No alcohol no sugar & new skincare is doing wonders.”
Five months before welcoming their daughter, Olivia, who met Alex while competing on season 2 of Love Island UK, shared that they’d tragically lost Siena Grace’s twin due to vanishing twin syndrome.
“One of the babies just basically didn’t have a heartbeat,” Olivia explained during the March 4 episode of the British talk show Loose Women. “But I’d had no symptoms, I’d had no pain. No bleeding. Absolutely nothing to tell me that that was what we were walking into, and I guess from that moment we were just completely floored."
"We were expecting to have these two little babies, but vanishing twin syndrome, that is what happens,” she added. “They can, as it says, literally just vanish."
According to the Cleveland Clinic, vanishing twin syndrome is a miscarriage that occurs when one of the embryos detected during an ultrasound stops developing.
Despite her and Alex’s tragic loss, Olivia said that she found comfort in knowing the cells “absorb into your body.”
“Those cells become a part of you, and that’s what we’ve sort of been holding onto," she said at the time. “But it was just that bittersweet roller coaster emotions that I never expected. And I know miscarriages are common — one in four — but this for twin pregnancies, triplet pregnancies, it’s up to 35%. It’s a big number."
