Joey Graziadei revealed in a recent interview that he has currently been "more involved" than his fiancée Kelsey Anderson is "at wedding planning"
Anderson shared that she planned to "take more control" when it comes to the smaller details and "aesthetics" of the wedding
Anderson and Graziadei got engaged during the finale of The Bachelor season 28, which aired in March 2024
Joey Graziadei is putting in his fair share of work into his upcoming nuptials with Kelsey Anderson.
The Bachelor star, 30, dished in a recent interview with Extra TV on how wedding planning has been going so far with Anderson, 27, and how they have been splitting up responsibilities ahead of the big day.
“This might be a spoiler, but I might be more involved than Kelsey is at wedding planning currently,” Graziadei joked.
“I thought it was gonna be completely on the other side,” he continued. “But I’m like, ‘Kelsey, you’ve gotta respond to this person. She’s like ‘What person?’ Oh, you’re not even on this? I gotta be on this?”

Anderson chimed in that her fiancé has “been on it” recently as they worked to figure out their venue, location, dates and other big things for the wedding day. However, when it comes to more intricate details, she is ready to take the reins.
“Once it’s more about the aesthetic and things then I feel like I’m gonna take more control,” Anderson said.
“You’re gonna do really well at that, and I think that’s gonna be a completely different language for me. But I think that was really fun,” Graziadei added. “I was enjoying actually being very involved in the beginning. But now the details… I feel like she has the vision. I’m just excited to be there.”

Anderson then joked, “Yeah, he’s gonna be the groomzilla,” to which her fiancé responded, “Maybe. Maybe.”
Anderson and Graziadei met on The Bachelor season 28 and got engaged during the finale, which aired on March 25, 2024. Since then, the pair have built up an even stronger bond, supporting each other on social media and at numerous events together over the last two years.
The couple revealed in September 2025 that they had finally kicked off wedding planning by announcing on Instagram that SAMKOMA had been hired as their wedding planners.

They re-shared a photo that the company posted of them, with the words, "We are so excited to start dreaming with @joeygraziadei and @kelseyanderson about their wedding! Stunning humans, and so so kind.” Anderson added that they were “so excited” to get started.
She also revealed to PEOPLE at the inaugural TikTok Awards in December that she and Graziadei were “really looking forward to solidifying wedding venues," and they had already “looked at a couple already.”
