Jordon Hudson shared photos of her and boyfriend Bill Belichick at the 2026 Kentucky Derby, seemingly referencing challenges they’ve faced together

“Not the first time we've trudged through the mud together," she wrote alongside the snaps of the couple

The post comes after Hudson acknowledged the anniversary of her viral moment interrupting Belichick's interview CBS News’ Sunday Morning

This isn't Jordon Hudson and Bill Belichick’s first derby.

In a new Instagram post documenting the couple's time together at the 2026 Kentucky Derby, Hudson, 25, joked about all the times they have “trudged through the mud together” before they had to do so at the annual sporting event — seemingly alluding to ups, downs and criticisms of their relationship in the spotlight.

On Saturday, May 2, the cheerleader shared two snaps of herself and the former New England Patriots coach, 74, holding hands while walking through a muddy area at Churchill Downs, the racetrack complex that is home to the Kentucky Derby.

Hudson smiles while looking over at an also smiling Belichick in the photos, which the cheerleader captioned, “Not the first time we've trudged through the mud together. 🤝🏻🩷🐎.”

Hudson's latest post comes shortly after she shared a post reflecting on how much her life has changed in a year — and alluding to her viral moment on CBS News’ Sunday Morning.

On Monday, April 27, she posted a series of Instagram photos to celebrate her cheerleading team Code Black's recent success. The squad nabbed the championship title in International Coed Non-Tumbling at Cheerleading Worlds in Florida, which Belichick attended in support of his girlfriend.

In her post celebrating the tournament win, Hudson also alluded to her appearance during Belichick's viral interview for CBS News’ Sunday Morning, which aired on April 27, 2025. She also tagged the CBS Mornings Instagram page in the last photo of the post.)

"Last April 27th, I went to bed, crushed by the weight of the world. This April 27th, I woke up on top of it. 🌎🥇💍," she captioned the celebratory post.

Last spring, the Sunday Morning interview tied to the coach's book The Art of Winning: Lessons from a Life in Football made headlines — and thrust the couple's relationship further into the spotlight — after Hudson interjected to shut down a question about how she and the football coach first met.

“We're not talking about this,” she said sternly in the interview, as journalist Tony Dokoupil turned to her and asked, “No?” She then doubled down, “No,” making for a visibly awkward moment between the interviewer, Hudson and her boyfriend.

In a voiceover during the segment, Dokoupil segued from the awkward moment by stating of the couple's relationship origins: “It's a topic neither one of them is comfortable commenting on.”

The pair has previously stated that they met on a plane where they discussed philosophy in 2021 and have been public with their relationship since 2024 after dating for more than a year.

Hudson has proudly proclaimed her love for her boyfriend, celebrating their "meetiversary," wearing his famous sweatshirts and serving as his "idea mill and muse," per the acknowledgements in The Art of Winning.

She has also poked fun at criticisms of their relationship on social media, including a recent post jokingly referring to herself a "gold digger” — a phrase she also tried to trademark last year.
