Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow had the full New York City experience Monday.
Burrow attended the Met Gala, fashion's biggest night, for the second consecutive year May 4. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the 29-year-old chatted about his outfit and what he did while getting ready for the event.
"It was fun. I got my friend Justin (Jefferson) here, and we went to college together. So, it's always a great time when I get to see him," Burrow said. "It's always a fun day to just sit around. We watched some 'Sex and the City' and just hung out a little bit."
Burrow, however, wouldn't say which character his personality relates with the most.

"I don't know about that," he said. "That might not be a question for me. That might be a question for somebody else that knows me."
"Sex and the City" does have Cincinnati ties like Burrow, as the lead actress, Sarah Jessica Parker, lived in the Queen City from 1969 to 1976. She attended Clifton Elementary School and the School for Creative & Performing Arts. Parker also studied with the Cincinnati Ballet.
Burrow showed up to the Met Gala wearing custom Bode, an American luxury brand that highlights historical techniques, and Cartier jewlery, per his stylist Kyle Smith's Instagram.
