Hunter Biden Reveals What Happened When Joe Biden Found Him in a Drug Den

Hunter Biden has stated that his father, former President Joe Biden, went to a drug den in Washington, D.C. where he was using crack cocaine on two occasions during the peak of his addiction.
On the addiction podcast ‘Dopey’, 56-year-old Hunter remembered seeing his father’s security guard arrive outside the premises when Joe Biden was vice president.
Hunter’s father turned up, in fact visiting the house twice, and all he did was knock on the door.
“My dad showed up. He literally showed up at the house twice,” Hunter said.
Hunter stated that the vice presidential motorcade had been reduced for the visits, but the presence of several SUVs and a number of Secret Service agents was still obvious.
At that time, he was living with a woman who went by the nickname “Bicycles”, a person whom he has described as a crack dealer.
Hunter said that his father had on several occasions been trying to get in contact with him as his drug taking got worse, and when they met, Joe Biden questioned his son as to what he intended to do next.
“Please, like, what are we gonna do tomorrow? What’s the plan?” Hunter recalled his father asking.
Hunter said that he would let his father know that he had a plan, even though he was still struggling with addiction.
He spoke at length in his 2021 book, Beautiful Things, about the time he spent on alcohol and drugs, including instances when he cut himself off from his family and spent days smoking crack cocaine.

In 2018, his addiction led him to Los Angeles, where he remained for several weeks at the Chateau Marmont; according to his memoir, Hunter spent a great deal of that time smoking crack and hardly ever slept before finally going back to the East Coast.
He had in the past stated that both his father and his stepmother, Jill Biden, kept on attempting to get him into treatment as his condition worsened.
When speaking in an earlier interview about his memoir, Hunter remembered that Joe Biden called him every day and kept sending him messages whenever he didn’t answer.
Hunter eventually got into recovery and has stated that he has stayed sober since 2019.
His revelations give insight into the effort Joe Biden went to provide support to his troubled son. It is unclear how much of a security risk the former president took while being Obama’s VP to confront his son at a drug house.
He stated that, during the most difficult periods of his addiction, people who lived on the margins of society would often show him compassion.
After years of silence and being the target of a political witchunt, Hunter has recently appeared in several podcasts and interviews talking about his addiction, politics and his father’s role in office.
He has also given updates on Joe’s cancer treatment, which has taken a turn for the worse.
