If you owned or leased certain 2016-2017 Kia vehicle models, you could be entitled to submit a claim in a class action lawsuit, but the deadline is approaching.
According to the settlement site, the lawsuit alleges that certain vehicle makes had defects with their automatic window regulators, causing breakage and malfunctions. Kia denies the claims.

How much will I get from the Kia settlement?
Valid claimants will be reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses related to window regulator repairs at either a Kia dealership or third-party repair facility.
