Barry Manilow fans will have to wait a little bit longer to see him live.
The "Mandy" singer revealed in an Instagram Stories post on Friday, May 1 that he needs to postpone his Las Vegas shows ahead of his 2026 arena tour.
“Good news! I went to the doctor yesterday and he said I'm making great progress and look great! All the training and exercising I've put in is paying off. He did say, however, that I'm not quite ready for Vegas. This means I won't be able to return for our May shows at Westgate Las Vegas," Manilow, 82, wrote, per Billboard.

However, according to the outlet, Manilow confirmed he would be performing his June arena shows in the U.K.
“The Westgate Las Vegas is my home away from home and I'll see you all in July,” he added.
Manilow, who was diagnosed with stage 1 lung cancer in November 2025, has needed to reschedule his live performances a few times amid his recovery journey.
In December 2025, he shared a statement on his Facebook page revealing that he would be rescheduling his farewell tour because a "cancerous spot" was found in his left lung.
"As many of you know I recently went through six weeks of bronchitis followed by a relapse of another five weeks," Manilow said at the time. "Even though I was over the bronchitis and back on stage at the Westgate Las Vegas, my wonderful doctor ordered an MRI to make sure that everything was OK."
He then said that "the MRI discovered a cancerous spot on my left lung that needs to be removed."
"It's pure luck (and a great doctor) that it was found so early. That's the good news,” Manilow continued, adding that he would need surgery.

Manilow subsequently underwent a lobectomy that month.
However, in February, the "Copacabana" performer announced via Instagram that he had a "very depressing visit" to his surgeon, and would need to postpone more tour dates because his “lungs [weren't] ready yet.”
The following month, Manilow spoke exclusively to PEOPLE about his experience following the diagnosis.
“You just don't even think about [how fragile life is]. And suddenly, you have lung cancer. But I'm still here. I'm not all here; there's part of me that isn't here — they took out a part of me, and now I've got to figure out, ‘What do I do?'” he said at the time.
Manilow has found a new perspective since his diagnosis that stopped him in his "tracks."
“It has really, really made me take stock of my life,” he said. “This made me stop and think about: Have I done what I wanted to do, and have I made people happy? Have I been a good friend? All of those cornball things that I've read for all of my life, I started to think about that, too."
On Friday, April 24, Manilow was photographed for the first time since he underwent cancer surgery. In the snaps, taken in New York City, Manilow could be seen smiling.
His Las Vegas residency at Westgate Resort & Casino is slated to run through December 2026. Meanwhile, the rescheduled dates for The Last Concerts arena tour are still scheduled.
Manilow's 33rd studio album, What a Time, is set for release on June 5.
